- Wash your lemon, cucumber, and ginger under cool running water, then pat dry to prevent excess moisture.
- Slice the lemon into quarters, leaving the skin on to preserve antioxidants and oils.
- Peel the cucumber with a vegetable peeler to remove the bitter outer layer, then chop into rough one-inch chunks.
- Peel the ginger with the edge of a spoon to remove the thin skin, then slice into thin matchsticks.
- Pour filtered water into the blender, then add lemon quarters, cucumber pieces, ginger slices, mint leaves, and a pinch of sea salt.
- Blend on high speed for 60 to 90 seconds until the mixture is smooth and uniform in color.
- Optional: Pour the blended mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a serving pitcher to remove pulp.
- Add ice cubes to glasses, pour the drink over the ice, and serve immediately for best freshness.
Notes
For a smoother texture, strain the drink after blending. Consume fresh within 24 hours for optimal flavor and nutrition. Freeze leftover drink in ice cube trays for convenient future use.
